Meet the Remarkable Studio

February 12 @ 18:00 - 20:00

“A few years ago we were approached by a senior management consultant who needed a profile portrait for a big international project. He pointed us to the website and said ‘I need something like the one of Mr Smith’.  We scrolled down all the images on the site, which included some household names, and many photos that could have been taken on camera phones in the car park, until we got to Mr Smith. He looked like Count Dracula! We managed to create a portrait which met the requirements without the same image problem, and it made us realise how important the little headshot of you on your website actually is!”

Peter is well known locally for his fine art and landscape photography, which is regularly exhibited in the area and has won many awards. Peter and Louise’s portrait work has also been recognised locally and nationally and photographing people, of all ages, occupies most of their working days.

Peter and Louise have decided to host a Meet the Business on Wednesday 12th February to offer Chamber members the chance to discuss the approach that The Remarkable Studio now uses to create commercial portraits – to put across the image of your business needed to help attract the customers that you want. Do come and hear us explain our approach, as well as joining fellow Chamber members for a glass of wine and nibbles!

How to find us: Our postcode is GU27 3NE. You should see The Remarkable Studio on the Google map. If coming from Haslemere, your SatNav will tell you that “You have reached your destination” when you arrive at the bus stop. You have not, and it will be a very long time before the bus comes! Turn right and head towards Liphook and take the first left down Danley Lane (not well signed, I’m afraid) there is a side gate to our garden which will be signed and a short path to the Pavilion. Do contact us if you need more directions on 01428 725067 or peter@theremarkablestudio.com.
