Landlords and all those considering letting property are invited to attend a free seminar at Haslemere Museum on Thursday 9 November, from 6.30pm. Guests will be able to gain advice, and an insight into the current market, legislation and regulation.
Keats Estate and Letting Agents in Haslemere are helping to organise the informative event, which will involve a range of speakers from across the lettings industry. Painsmith Property Solicitors will provide an interesting talk, along with Rob Pryor of Kingswood Law who will focus on mortgages. Keats Lettings will discuss the importance of inventories.
A P Cundy Accountants will be able to advise on the financial aspects of lettings that landlords need to consider. There will also be a selection of other local contractors in attendance and they will be on hand to answer any questions and to provide advice.
Following the seminar, guests will be able to enjoy canapes, prosecco and soft drinks. There will also be the opportunity to share information and to ask the experts any questions.
