On Tuesday 7 March, the Museum will be holding a millinery craft workshop so why not join artist Burch Diana for a relaxing evening making outlandishly theatrical hats and headwear using a wide range of simple techniques and recycled materials.

All the beautiful creations will be part of a new exhibition at the Museum entitled ‘Celebration Redesigned’. Taking inspiration from the European Peasant Arts Collection where simple everyday items were embellished to celebrate events and love, the exhibition will take on a contemporary twist with wonderful celebratory art pieces all created at a series of events held at the Museum.

This is a lovely chance to get creative and let your imagination run wild. Places are limited so booking is essential.

Don’t miss the exciting exhibition ‘Celebration Redesigned’ which runs at the Museum from 14 March to 18 April.
