When planning your event key tips are to avoid scheduling over the holiday period. Define good reasons regarding the draw for attendees. For consumer products it might be a social event with entertainment and product demos and freebies. For a business crowd it could well be the draw of an exciting speaker! If you are a manufacturer it could be a tour of your premises and a chance for people to buy your products.
Think about the time of day that best suits your audience – is it over breakfast or in the evening? Or possibly during the day.
